Got a New Phone?
Email support@bostonjatc.org and tell us you got a new phone. We will reset your authenticator app remotely. You do not need to come in person. To access your JATC account from your new phone, the reset needs to be done even if you kept the same phone number and transferred your apps to your new phone.

Important: When re-linking the Authenticator app, select “Scan barcode.” Do not manually enter your email address.
Windows 11 Update Instructions
Instructions to log into your @Bostonjatc.org email:
Mobile Device: Download Microsoft Outlook from the App Store or Google Play Store and log in with your credentials.
Laptop/Computer: Go to https://www.office.com/ log in with your credentials, then navigate to the Microsoft Outlook icon.

- Can I access my @bostonjatc.org email on my smartphone?
- Yes. You will need to download the Microsoft Outlook app from your phone’s app store
- Or configure your phone’s native mail app to connect to Office 365
- Can I forward my @bostonjatc.org email to personal email account?
- While it is possible to forward mail, the JATC will only be corresponding with you through you @bostonjatc.org account which you are required to review periodically
- Missed messages because of forwarding cannot be used as an excuse
