Waiver Submittals

In an effort to encourage all Apprentices to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, the JATC Trustees recently voted to waive all Apprentice Fees for the 2021-2022 school year for any apprentice who demonstrates that they were fully vaccinated prior to November 1, 2021.

 

Apprentices – Please review the following information and rules carefully if you wish to apply for the Fee Waiver:

  • Prior to November 1, 2021, you must provide evidence acceptable to the JATC proving you are fully vaccinated.
  • Fully vaccinated” means you received two (2) doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or one (1) dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
  • The JATC will consider a clear and accurate picture or PDF of your “COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card” from the CDC as sufficient proof of your vaccination status, however, at the discretion of the JATC, you may be required to provide additional information, such as proof of appointment(s) from your vaccination location.
  • Submissions received after November 1, 2021 will not qualify for the Fee Waiver but may still qualify for the Raffle Program.
